Circa 1950s - 1960s, this vintage 14K white gold Hamilton wristwatch is in excellent condition.  It must have been a special occasion piece, as when we purchased it the case was in near perfect shape.  It only has some minor hairline scratches on the case which you probably cannot see without magnification.

The shape of the watch case is really cool being 8 sided.  (That's "octogon" shape, so you don't have to google 'what is an 8 sided shape' now....)  The case measures about 5/8" wide.

The movement is a manual wind, so you have to wind the watch stem daily to power the movement to keep time.  Obviously, this watch predates battery operated watches.  We had the movement serviced so it keeps good time.

The watch is studded with diamonds all over.  On the case, you'll see 3 larger round brilliant cut diamonds on the top, and on the bottom.  On the sides are 18 small single cut diamonds adding sparkle.  The watch bracelet is set with 34 single cut diamonds.  The estimated total weight of the round brilliant diamonds is .64ctw and the estimated total weight of the single cut diamonds is 1.14ctw, for a grand total of 1.78cts of gleaming white diamonds.

The watch measures 6 1/8" long.  It even has a 14k white gold safety chain.

Would make a wonderful addition to your vintage jewelry collection.  : )
