How much do you pay?− +To give you an accurate price, we must see the items in person. For gold items, we have to test the metal for the karat content and obviously need the piece in front of us to do that. Also, we need to see the item to determine if we can pay over the gold value.

Do I get paid immediately, and how do you pay?− +Yes, we pay immediately with a check from Bank of The West. You can drive across the street to the bank and cash it on the spot.

Is there a cost to get my items appraised?− +There is no cost for us to look at your items and give you our purchase offer. A jewelry appraisal is not needed for us to evaluate your items for purchase. However, if you would like a jewelry appraisal for your insurance we do offer that for a fee.
