For our mid-century vintage lovers, this is the wedding set for you. Crafted in precious platinum, this classic diamond wedding set contains a stunning engagement ring and a matching diamond wedding band. It's not often you find matching sets.
The engagement ring features a top quality .84ct round brilliant diamond in the center, flanked by two small round diamonds on either side. We removed the center diamond and sent it to GIA for a diamond lab report (also known as a 'certificate'). The diamond is E color, and VS1 clarity, very high grades!
The matching wedding band features seven small round brilliant diamonds, total weight estimated at .21ctw. They are nice bright white diamonds, F-G color and VS clarity.
Notice the side profile of the rings. They style is a classic fishtail setting. A signature design element of the 1940s-1950s. The top profile is slightly knife-edged, adding more design elements.
The estimated total diamond weight of the set is 1.17ctw. Circa 1950.
