Oh, my what a drop dead gorgeous vintage diamond ring! Circa 1920, the ring is an original platinum mounting. Notice the pierced filigree design. The engraving and leaf design is all hand chased - not cast in like today's rings.
The center diamond is a Old European Cut Diamond, weighing 1.66ct. These antique cut diamonds have so much character and sparkle so much differently than modern cut diamonds.
There are also two small accent diamonds on either side. The ring design is classic - it's still as beautiful today as it was in 1920!
