Patrick and Lupe’s love story began six years ago, and since then, they’ve built a beautiful life together. They’ve made a home, started their lives side by side, and taken countless day trips along the way. Through it all, they’ve created endless memories that they’ll carry with them for the rest of their lives.

After six years together, Patrick knew it was time to make one of their biggest memories yet.

He took Lupe to beautiful Pinecrest, where he got down on one knee and asked her to spend forever with him.✨

But the story behind the ring started long before that special moment.

Patrick and Lupe had begun the slightly daunting process of choosing an engagement ring together. They visited several jewelry stores, slowly getting closer to understanding exactly what they wanted. They knew they wanted something special and personal to Lupe, but finding the one took some searching.

Then they came to Yates & Co. Jewelers and met with Alex.

As Patrick shared, Alex happened to have a ring that was very similar to what they had been envisioning. Seeing it in person helped shape their vision and gave them a clearer idea of what Lupe’s dream ring could look like.

Together, Patrick and Lupe brought that vision to life.

The finished ring is a stunning custom solitaire featuring a gorgeous 2-carat oval center diamond, complemented by a delicate hidden halo tucked beneath the center stone. The oval diamond gives the ring a timeless and elegant silhouette, while the hidden halo adds an unexpected touch of sparkle from the side. ✨

It’s a ring that feels classic, romantic, and completely personal — just like their story.
