Using proprietary nano-etching, hundreds of microscopic facets are laser engraved onto the pavilion (bottom half of the diamond). You cannot see them - even with a 30x jewelers loupe. They are 1/50th the size of a human hair! But they affect the light that comes in through the diamond. These nano-facets cause the light to "bend", thus creating a full spectrum of colors that come shooting out through the top of the diamond. It's like having your very own fireworks show on your finger!
